I have never been anywhere where one is treated with the upmost respect.Why would anyone go anywhere else when, honestly, Dorschel is Rochester's best kept secret( like that a little cafe that everyone knows about but it never advertizes) If you want great people working on your car- like Tyler who took care of me- I must say I will never go elsewhere to buy another vehicle again. Their aftercare service when purchasing a used car is something to be admired. Thank you Tyler making sure my car ran correctly. And your warm smile made me feel like I wasn't a bother. Ryan Chacinski, with the input of his team leader, Phil, is the reason I bought my car from your dealership. He was excellent! He met me promptly at the agreed-upon time and spent almost 3 uninterrupted hours patiently answering my financial questions about the new car and the one I was trading in. Ryan explained the Dorschel 'no haggle' policy and gave me what I believe to be a super deal, with help from Phil, who was also helping in any way possible. Ryan was very personable and genuine. I just wanted to put in a good word for my service rep., Jeannie Lay. She was very positive, friendly and helpful. She is very personable, she took an interest in me. It was one of the best experiences I've had at a service dept. Not only was she friendly and up beat, the gentleman to the left of her office was very helpful also. I was even greeted by an associate who was talking to another associate in a very friendly manner. I love the new office layout also, looks nice and seems more professional than the old set up. I would like to recognize the EXCELLENT customer service and customer care of Tom Chiazza. I am an attorney... a former District Attorney at that, and I don't trust that many people in general. However, Tom Chiazza is one of the first people that I've ever trusted implicitly when it comes to telling it to me straight about what to do with my car... and he has done AN OUTSTANDING JOB!! I recently had to replace my tires and I was willing to pay more money to have it done at Dorschel simply because of the trust that I have in Tom Chiazza. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I have never been so completely satisfied with the level of customer care as I've been with Tom. One of the main reasons I will continue to lease my cars from Dorschel is because of the excellent customer service I receive from Dorschel... and that would be TOM!! I have told several other attorneys that I'm affiliated with about the excellent customer service and care that I receive from Dorschel... and I've told them that I have an individual who is assigned to take care of all of my service needs and he does AN OUTSTANDING JOB!!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism, communication and exceptional customer service with everyone involved. I can understand how many people are discouraged with the sales process at many of your competitors due to the back and forth with the Sales or Finance Manager in trying to “make a deal.” I can honestly say that not only was this not the case with your organization.
